A California native, Kashmira has lived in three countries and five US States, over the course of her life, and Real Estate has always played a part. This has given her a well-rounded ability to connect to people and adapt to any situation. When she returned to California in 2009, she pursued a career in banking and financial services, where she quickly rose to senior management with companies such as Kinecta Credit Union, City National Bank and Experian. In transitioning into Real Estate, Kashmira looks at each home uniquely, as each person is unique and needs something specifically tailored to them.

Her background in banking and senior product management gives her a transferrable skill set into her real estate career. Staying current in all competitive markets, as well as analytical analysis of trends and forecasts. Possessing an excellent work ethic, attention to detail, and negotiation skills that ensures a productive and effective experience. Kashmira works well with clients and she is in constant communication, keeping them abreast and up to date on all details of their transaction with honesty and integrity. For Kashmira, it is not just about selling or buying a home, but rather helping the client feel good about this major decision. A home is a sanctuary, where you keep old memories and create new ones.

Home buying and selling is already a stressful process, and it is Kashmira’s mission is to make it as stress-free and comfortable as possible. Kashmira holds a Bachelor of Science in Consumer science and Merchandising from the University of Houston in Texas.
