Gabriel started his Real Estate career in 2010, at a time when most agents were leaving the industry. He was determined to build a successful career as a real estate broker. He joined Elite Residential Realty, a boutique real estate brokerage in Calabasas. He built a strong foundation working with both buyers and sellers but developed a strong client base of investors finding them properties to rehab and marketing them back on market. Throughout the years Gabriel built a wide network of clients as well as professionals ranging from contractors, developers, investors, financial professionals & brokers which makes him a valuable asset and a strong facilitator to his clients, ensuring them of a smooth and successful experience. Today’s real estate market requires a wide scale approach, it takes a planned, tested and a fast respond marketing programs that reach potential buyers on the local and the global level. Gabriel implements a marketing campaign through email, direct mail, social media, advertising platforms and much more… Gabriel experience range from home flipping, single-family developments, apartment buildings, commercial real estate to developments of modern apartment buildings. In his free time, Gabriel enjoys all the outdoor activities that Southern California has to offer such as fishing, soccer, hiking trails and the beach.
