By joining our team, you will receive free ongoing assistance to market and promote
you, your listings and your business. We provide encouragement, support and one-on-
one coaching to allow you to be more productive and focused to grow your business.
We operate on a different real estate model than what you would expect.
What we offer - Errors & Omissions insurance is paid per transaction at $250 per
transaction and caped at 4 transactions a year $1000 per year maximum (Jan – Dec)
Company “open house” signs and “for sale” signs and post installations are paid for, If
you want a personalized signs, that will be at your expense but we will still pay for the
post installation / removal of personalized. We pay for the first batch of 1000 business
cards. We offer aggressive commission splits and you will get paid direct from escrow or
we pay your commissions the day the office receives them.
